Conference Objectives – to discuss current issues of digital transformation of education in Russia, China and other countries all over the world, identifying promising areas of research in Digital Transformation of Education and Artificial Intelligence.
The integration of ICT in education, which has been underway for several decades, has now reached a new quality level. The transition from a simple replacement of outdated information tools to digital ones, to the full use of the potential of digital technologies for a fundamental renewal of education, has begun. Today, digital technology supports changes in the content, methodology, and organization of educational practices, which would have been impossible without the ICT use. This process is in general defined as the digital transformation of education. It leads to radical changes in the everyday work of educational organizations and significantly improve their operations. Digital transformation promises to ensure equal access to quality education for all, as well as the achievement of the required educational results for each student. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is one of the frontier technological breakthroughs. It is one of the most promising areas for educational research and development.
By the beginning of the conference, it is planned to prepare for its participants a joint report on the current problems of the digital transformation of education in China and Russia.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Full papers describing different aspects of digital transformation of education
- Posters describing different aspects of digital transformation of education

3. Psychological and neurophysiological aspects of personalized learning.

Selected proposals would be recommended for developing into full paper for publishing in the Scopus journal. Educational studies (Voprosy Obrazovaniya - Educational Studies or VO) is an academic journal published quarterly by the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE), indexed in Scopus and it is a trusted international scientific journal in the field of educational research.
