The aim of this International conference (RAETCS-2018) is to provide an opportunity for discussion and exploration of new research directions to Scientists, Research Scholars, Engineers, Technologists, Policy makers and Students from Academia and Industry pertaining to advances in Engineering, Technology and Computational Sciences. RAETCS-2018 is also expected to provide an excellent platform for the participants to establish interdisciplinary research colloborations.

Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Full papers
Authors Information

Initial paper submission
- The authors are requested to kindly submit their original, unpublished research papers (theoretical and experimental) written in English language, which have not been published/ submitted in any other journal /conference.
- Initial paper should be submitted as a word document.
- Paper submissions should be in IEEE conference format (http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html), and must be limited to a maximum of six pages.
- Incorrectly formatted paper will not be considered for the review process.
- Authors should not mention their name and affiliation at the top their manuscripts in their initial paper submissions for facilitating a double blind review process.
- Additionally for initial paper submissions, the authors should also ensure that, information about the authors identities/name/affiliation do not appear anywhere in the text-body of the paper.
- The document should not be protected by any password.
- Fonts which require non-English language support are not allowed.
- The authors are requested to make sure that there is no grammatical, spelling, or content errors in articles.
- Authors are advised to use any of the plagiarism checking tool like Turnitin, iThenticate etc. to check their papers for plagiarism before submission.
- The responsibility of submitting a paper without any plagiarised contents lies solely with the authors.
- Easy Chair conference management system for RAETCS–2018 should be compulsorily used for the paper submissions (Initial and final camera ready).
- Authors are requested to create an Easy Chair account if they don’t have an account.

Paper review process
- All submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism.
- Papers not meeting the IEEE standards (https://www.ieee.org/publications_standards/publications/rights/plagiarism_FAQ.html) on plagiarism will be rejected prior to the mandatory review process and also reported as per IEEE policy.
- Papers deemed fit for review process will be sent to reviewer(s) as assigned by the technical programme committee.
- The Program Chair decision regarding acceptance/rejection of submitted papers will be binding on all concerned authors.
- The acceptance/rejection of papers along with referee’s comments will be communicated to the corresponding author by email.
- All submitted papers will be checked for plagiarism.

Final camera-ready submission of accepted papers
- Incorporate the comments received from the reviewers in the camera ready paper before final submission.
- Author's name, Email id. & affiliation details should be included in the camera ready paper.
- Please do not put your own page numbers on the manuscript.
- Papers for both oral and poster presentations should conform to the IEEE format and specifications. Submissions in any other format will not be accepted.
- All the papers should be compulsorily in PDF format generated by IEEE PDF express web tool.
- Submissions which do not meet IEEE Xplore PDF compatibility will be summarily rejected.
- Please use the IEEE PDF eXpress web site for checking the IEEE PDF compatibility. IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, which helps the authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs for IEEE Xplore compatibility.
- The following steps will help you to create your PDF eXpress Account.
Creating your PDF eXpress Account
Log in to the IEEE eXpress Site (https://www.pdf-express.org). First time users are requested to adopt the following steps:
- Click on the new user’s link.
Enter the following - 41310X for the conference ID
- Your E-mail Address
- Confirm E-mail Address
- Choose a password for your account
- Continue to enter information as prompted.
- An online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent to your email address authenticating your account setup.
- Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences.
Please verify whether your contact information is valid.
The following steps may be adopted for creating IEEE Xplore PDF compatibility file.- Enter the identifying text for the paper (title is recommended but not required)
- Click 'Submit PDF for Checking' or 'Submit Source Files for Conversion'.
- Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click Browse and navigate to file, and click "Upload File". You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload.
- You will receive an email with your checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached.If you have submitted a PDF for checking, the email will show if your file has passed or failed.
- Click on the new user’s link.
- IEEE Xplore compatibility will be invalidated if changes are made to a PDF document after IEEE PDF eXpress conversion or PDF checking. Therefore, please ensure that all necessary changes including headers, page numbers etc. may be incorporated before the PDF is created and validated.
- The authors (one author per paper) of accepted paper(s) should compulsorily register (Online Registration) for attending and presenting (Oral and Poster presentation) their paper.
- Please note that the conference organizers reserve the right to reject the final manuscript, if it is found to have high degree of plagiarism after registration. The registration fees will not be refunded.
- For submission of camera ready paper, please log in to your Easy Chair account, and then change role to "Proceedings (RAETCS 2018)". Submit your camera ready version (duly validated from IEEE PDF eXpress) under proceedings version.
