This year's scientific/expert conference will be thematic, to answer the question of how quality management systems in various fields affected the readiness and response to crisis situations, with special emphasis on the Covid-19 pandemic. The papers will be assigned to the four areas of quality management (Business, Education & Science, Public sector, Standards & Management systems).
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
All papers are peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee members. Authors are responsible for the technical and linguistic correctness of the text.
The official conference languages are English, Bosnian, Serbian and Croatian.
The following paper categories are welcome:
- Original Scientific Papers should report on original theoretical or practical research results. The given data must be sufficient in order to enable the experiment to be repeated with all effects described by the author, measurement results or theoretical calculations.
- Preliminary Notes (Short Communication) present one or more new scientific results but without details that allow the reported data to be checked. The papers of this category inform about experimental research, small research projects or progress reports that are of interest.
- Subject Reviews cover the state of art and tendencies in the development of the specific theory, technology and application with given remarks by the author. Such a paper ends with a list of reference literature (bibliography) with all the necessary items in the related field.
- Professional Papers (Case Studies) report on the original design of an instrument, device or equipment not necessarily resulting from the original research. The paper contributes to the application of well-known scientific results and to their adaptation for practical use.

Venue
The conference will be held in Neum, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Neum is a holiday resort on the southern part of the Adriatic Sea, in the bay of Mali Ston and Neum channel. The Adriatic Sea between Split and Dubrovnik is gorgeous, very clean, and this is where Bosnia and Herzegovina has 24 km of its coastline. In the waters of Neum high-quality fish (bream, dentex) and mussels, which are a culinary speciality of this part of the Adriatic coast. Neum has a Mediterranean climate, with many sunny days. The sea temperature in summer reaches 27°, and the winters are mild, with rarely any snow. The richness and diversity of cultural and historical heritage of Neum and its hinterland is witnessed by many visible archaeological sites from different periods: prehistoric settlements and crypts dating from the Bronze and Iron Ages, traces of ancient times, medieval churches and villages and necropolis of Bosnian medieval tombstones - stećak. In the immediate vicinity of Neum there are famous tourist destinations: Mostar (80 km), Dubrovnik (65 km), Počitelj (60 km), Blagaj (70 km),Ston (25 km), Međugorje (60 km), Kravice (50 km), Hutovo blato (40km), Korčula (90 km).
