Submission Guidelines
The PRDC DS 2026 invites submissions from PhD students conducting research in dependable and secure computing. We welcome doctoral research at different stages, from early research proposals to work with preliminary results.
Submissions should describe:
- The research problem, its motivation, and its relevance to dependable computing.
- Related work and the research gap being addressed.
- The proposed approach and expected contributions.
- Progress to date, including preliminary results where available.
- Planned evaluation, remaining challenges, and the next steps towards completing the PhD.
Submissions must be written in English and follow the IEEE double-column conference format, with a maximum length of six pages, excluding references. The submitting PhD student should be the first author. Submissions will be evaluated on the clarity and significance of the research problem, the suitability of the proposed approach, and the potential to benefit from discussion and feedback at the symposium. Completed results are not required.
Authors of accepted submissions must attend the conference and present their work. They will have opportunities to discuss their research with experienced researchers and fellow PhD students.
