The rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence (AI), pervasive computing, social platforms, and immersive technologies is transforming how people work, learn, communicate, and interact with digital systems. Understanding the human factors of these technologies has become increasingly important for designing experiences that are effective, responsible, trustworthy, and supportive of user wellbeing.
The International Workshop on Pervasive Digital Human Factors (PDF) brings together researchers and practitioners from Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), AI, Digital Health, Social Computing, and Ubiquitous Computing to explore how emerging technologies influence human behavior, cognition, wellbeing, and autonomy. The workshop welcomes theoretical, empirical, design-oriented, and applied research that advances the development of human-centered and ethically designed digital ecosystems.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Full papers describing substantial and completed research work, including comprehensive results, analysis, and discussion.

PDF 2027 is running in conjunction with the 18th International Conference on Ambient Systems, Networks and Technologies (ANT 2027).
The conference proceedings will be published by Elsevier Science in the open-access Procedia Computer Science series.
Procedia Computer Science is hosted by Elsevier on www.Elsevier.com and on the Elsevier content platform ScienceDirect (www.sciencedirect.com), and will be freely available worldwide. All papers in Procedia will be indexed by Scopus (www.scopus.com) and by Thomson Reuters' Conference Proceedings Citation Index (https://thomsonreuters.com/conference-proceedings-citation-index/).
All papers in Procedia will also be indexed by Engineering Village (Ei) (www.engineeringvillage.com). This includes EI Compendex (www.ei.org/compendex). Moreover, all accepted papers will be indexed in DBLP (https://dblp.uni-trier.de/). The papers will contain linked references, XML versions and citable DOI numbers. You will be able to provide a hyperlink to all delegates and direct your conference website visitors to your proceedings.
