The 36th Annual Meeting of Pacific Asia Conference on Language, Information and Computation or PACLIC 36 (2022) will be held in a fully virtual mode on October 20-22, 2022. This 3-day conference is jointly hosted by the Department of English and Applied Linguistics (DEAL), Br. Andrew Gonzalez FSC College of Education (BAGCED), De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines, the College of Computing and Information Technologies (CCIT), National University, Manila, Philippines, and the Lasallian Institute for Development and Educational Research (LIDER), De La Salle University.
Following the long tradition of PACLIC conferences, PACLIC 36 emphasizes the synergy of theoretical frameworks and processing of natural language, providing a forum for researchers from different fields to share and discuss progress in scientific studies, development and application of the topics related to the study of languages.
The PACLIC 36 Conference Proceedings will be published in open-access digital formats. Past PACLIC proceeding papers have been indexed in Scopus (since PACLIC 19 in 2005) and listed in ACL Anthology. According to Google Scholar, PACLIC currently has an h5-index of 13 and an h5-median of 19.
Submission Guidelines
Submit FULL PAPERS which may consist of up to ten (10) pages of content, including references and appendices. Submissions will be judged based on relevance, technical strength, significance and opportunities, and interest to the attendees. As the review process will be blind, authors must not indicate their names and affiliations in the papers. Papers must be submitted through the Easy Chair Conference System:
