About the Conclave
The North East Tech Conclave has been scheduled for 27-28 March 2024. This Technology Conclave is aimed to provide an exclusive platform for students, researchers, young innovators, entrepreneurs, industry experts, professionals, academicians, policymakers, investors and exhibitors to exchange innovative ideas and knowledge, showcasing products/ services to rejuvenate various research and development opportunities under one roof with a special focus on north-eastern states. The industry will showcase its technology development and market-ready products of local produce of north-eastern states as we all know Technology, innovation and research are of paramount importance in shaping economies, societies, industries, and individual lives. With its large pool of skilled professionals, strong IT industry, and growing startup ecosystem, India has made remarkable strides in various technological domains. Moreover, the conclave will also include dedicated networking schedules, mentoring sessions and showcasing of innovations that will provide new entrepreneurs and students investment opportunities for product development and scaling-up. The conclave will focus on exploring new and emerging technologies that are shaping the future and how businesses, governments, and individuals are preparing themselves for the opportunities and challenges of the future.
The proceeding of all the accepted and presented papers will be submitted for publication through Springer. Top-quality papers will be selected for extension and publication in several special issues of international journals. There may be a special online session for outside NE region participants on a merit-based basis.
Arunachal Pradesh is situated as a pivotal hub in Northeast India, recognized for its rich culture and beautiful nature. It is a vibrant centre for tourism, development, and cultural exchange in the region.
There is no registration fee to participate in the conclave and a Certificate will be provided to all the registered participants after successful completion of the event.

Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Abstract or Full papers: The original research papers are invited in abstract or full paper in Springer template. The extended version of selected papers will be submitted to publish with Springer.
- Posters: The poster of the research work in a specified format may be submitted for poster presentations.
