PAPER FORMAT & PROCEEDINGS:

Original research papers has to be submitted in IEEE double column format limited to 4 pages. Selected and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings with ISBN. In addition a DOI will be assigned to individual papers that meet the quality.
