CALL FOR PAPERS
Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies, MRIIRS & Team MRCON 2021 Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) Presents International Conference on Re-inventing Business, Entrepreneurship and Sustainability in the Era of Challenges (MRCON 2021) 26 & 27 February, 2021
The future paradigms belong to an era of disruption in which technology and processes are evolving faster than businesses can naturally adapt. The need of the hour is to rediscover business practices to acclimate in the era of disruptions which is not unprecedented. Globalization is rapidly changing customer needs and expectations and state-of-the-art digital platforms and technology are disrupting traditional markets overnight. There are many other recent developments like Robotic process automation, the Internet of things, Fintech, Analytics, Blockchain, Industry 4.0, Augmented reality, Increasing adoption of artificial intelligence, and so forth. Hence the strong felt need for architecting the scholarship of management education as business management is not a traditional science discipline but a profession. With this context in mind MRCON-2021 has set an objective to set a platform to liberate the management thought process, theories, and frameworks and to pioneer thought processes to re-architect business practices and management paradigms.
