IMS Ghaziabad is organizing an International Conference on “Marketing to the New Normal Consumers and Artificial Intelligence: Changing Landscape of Consumer Behavior (MNNCAI -21)” on Saturday, March-06, 2021. Scholars believe that the pandemic will change our world for years even after the Coronavirus disappears, causing consumers to rethink their purchase decision (both large and small). Marketers globally will need to respond to life in ‘The New Normal.’ It seems reasonably well to predict that many consumers will switch to value-priced brands for years. However, we also know that deep-seated values change over time in every culture, and these, in turn, influence the product and services we seek. Now, the world will witness the emergence of technology-driven new markets and supply chain ecosystems, which will result in enhanced customer satisfaction.
This Conference will provide a knowledge-sharing platform where most of world-renowned academicians and corporate doyens will deliver sessions. This will also be an opportunity for scholars from pan-India and abroad to share their original, thought-provoking ideas and present research papers. High powered ‘Panel Sessions’ will be the main attraction of the Conference.
Objectives of the Conference: The conference aims to provide a common platform to bundle of talents associated with corporate and academia to address economic, social, environmental and behavioural changes created by pandemic. The conference primarily aims to give innovative solutions to the companies to market the product to new normal consumers in the era of technological disruption for survival, stability and growth.
