Earlier editions of Management Doctoral and Researcher’s Colloquium (MDRC) organized by the Research Division of IIFT Kolkata Campus has received enthusiastic participation from researchers across various Universities and Institutions in India. The positive responses and energetic academic exchanges amongst the participants during the previous Colloquiums inspire us to continue this initiative. Papers on a theme aligned to the concept of international business are welcome. Special Workshop sessions on Methodological issues will be conducted to enable the Ph.D. students to streamline their research thoughts and prepare a well-defined Ph.D. thesis. Opportunity to interact with Editors of renowned journals and invited Researchers would benefit the participants in their doctoral journey.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome.
