Call for Book Chapters Contributions on the Book "Modelling and Control Dynamics in Microgrid Systems with Renewable Energy ResourcesModelling and Control Dynamics in Microgrid Systems with Renewable Energy Resources"
Scope of the book
Microgrid systems integrated with renewable energy resources (RERs) such as solar, wind, biomass or fuel cells facilitate remote applications and allow access to pollution-free energy. They give incentive to the use of RERs of energy. Moreover, in the case of a power grid failure, they are one of the best alternatives. This book is designed and dedicated to provide a complete package on microgrid systems modelling and control dynamics. The book elaborates several aspects of control systems from classical approach to advanced techniques based on artificial intelligence. It captures the typical modes of operation of microgrid systems with distributed energy storage applications like battery, flywheel, electrical vehicles infrastructures that are integrated within microgrids with desired targets. In fact, the microgrid system fits well with various ongoing smart grid research activities throughout the world, and several challenges need to be overcome before it becomes a dream come true. In particular, modelling and control dynamics with limited communication and intelligent devices is a challenging problem favouring the adoption of decentralized techniques. More importantly, the techno-economics of these microgrid systems still need to be well addressed to accelerate the process of achieving the SDG7 i.e., affordable and clean energy for all (E4ALL).
AUTHORS INSTRUCTIONS ON PREPARING AND SUBMISSION OF BOOK CHAPTERS
While preparing your full book chapter, we would like you to take note of the following important format:
1. Use IEEE reference citation and listing styles, figure and table
2. Numbering of section, sub-sections, figure caption, equation numbers and table caption should be according to chapter’s number
3. Use times roman font type, 12 font size, 1.5 line to line spacing
4. Full Chapter typically 20-30 pages.
5. If you have some case studies, try to include as much technical details as you possible.
