Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

• Research articles presenting original doctrinal, theoretical, empirical, comparative or interdisciplinary analysis of legal issues, legal systems, legal institutions or law reform.
• Review articles critically surveying the existing literature, legislation or case law on a legal topic, and identifying gaps and directions for future research.
• Case comments analysing significant judicial decisions, their reasoning, and their implications for law, policy and practice.

Manuscripts should follow the LRA Author Guidelines and be submitted online through the journal’s submission system at legalresearchanalysis.com.

Publication

Accepted papers will be published in Legal Research & Analysis (ISSN 3007-6455 Online, 3007-6447 Print), in Vol. 4 No. 4 (2026) and subsequent issues. Articles are published open access under a CC BY 4.0 licence.
