LDMS Users Group Conference 2019 (Lightweight Distributed Metric Service)
The LDMS Users Group Conference will serve as a forum for users to share experiences, including successes and failures, with the LDMS product. It will also provide the opportunity for users to provide feedback to the LDMS development team about ways in which the product could be enhanced to meet currently unmet needs. Additionally it will provide an opportunity for the development team to present their roadmap for the future.
Submission Guidelines
We are soliciting submissions in two categories:
- 30 minute presentations - site experiences, installation and configuration, data analysis and visualization, data management for faciliating analysis, use of analysis for performance and diagnositic insights, etc.
- 10 minute lightning talks - on desired capabilities or challenges in monitoring and analysis. These presentations are intended to drive discussions and possible development.
Guidelines:
- For 30 minute presentations:
- Submit a long abstract of up to 500 words, providing a clear description of the material to be presented and its goals in providing insights to the user community.
- Presentation materials will be requested once abstracts are reviewed and selected.
- For lightning talks:
- Submit a short abstract of up to 250 words, providing a description of the issue to be discussed and its importance to the community and anticipated gains from development.
