Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

20-minute papers

- title

- abstract: between 400–500 words, including references in APA style (up to 4 items).

- short bio (100-150 words)

20- to 40-minute work demonstrations

- title

- abstract: between 300–800 words

- short bio (100-150 words)

- technical requirements (if necessary please, email the organizing committee regarding any special requirements prior to the submission)

60-minute workshop sessions

- title

- abstract: between 300–800 words

- short bio (100-150 words)

- requirements/guidelines for participants (100-150 words, please specify the physical intensity, suggested outfit and any special technical competences)

90-minute panel proposals

- title

- panel proposal/overview (300-450 words)

- abstracts of individual submissions in accordance with above requirements,

- short bios (100-150 words)

- technical requirements (if necessary please, email the organizing committee regarding any special requirements prior to the submission)
