CALL FOR ACADEMIC PAPERS AND PRACTICE PRESENTATIONS KMSA Imbizo 2023: 21 & 22 August Theme: The Future of Knowledge Management is Hybrid The future of knowledge management is hybrid because of the increasing use of technology and the growing trend towards remote and flexible work arrangements. Hybrid knowledge management combines both physical and digital elements, allowing organisations to leverage the benefits of both approaches. Physical knowledge management systems such as libraries, archives, and physical documents remain important sources of knowledge, but they need to be integrated with digital knowledge management systems such as databases, online repositories, and collaborative tools to be effective in today's environment. Moreover, as organisations increasingly embrace remote work, knowledge management systems need to be accessible to employees from anywhere, at any time. By adopting a hybrid approach, organisations can create a flexible and adaptable knowledge management system that leverages the strengths of both physical and digital systems and supports the changing needs of the modern workplace. We invite researchers, practitioners, and experts in knowledge management to submit presentation proposals. Our conference aims to explore the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the field of hybrid knowledge management. We encourage presentations that address topics such as the role of technology in hybrid knowledge management, strategies for managing knowledge in remote and hybrid teams, and best practices for integrating digital and physical knowledge management systems. We look forward to receiving your proposals and sharing insights on the exciting future of knowledge management. We would like to ensure that as many people as possible, are able to take part in the conference in 2023. Therefore, you will be able to experience:
