On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the International Work-Conference on Artificial Neural Networks (IWANN 2025), we are pleased to invite you to participate in this event that will be held in June 2025 in A Coruña (Spain). This will be the 18th edition of IWANN, following on from an uninterrupted sequence of a staggering 34 years.

This biennial meeting seeks to provide a discussion forum for scientists, engineers, educators and students about the latest discoveries and realizations in the foundations, theory, models and applications of systems inspired by nature, as well as in emerging areas related to the above items, using computational intelligence methodologies. 

Submission Guidelines

• Full Papers: max. 12 pages in Springer LNCS format
• Extended Abstracts: 2 pages in Springer LNCS format
• Published Paper Showcase: presentation of a previously published journal paper

Full Papers must contain original work, not published, distributed or submitted to another journal or conference. Submitted papers will be reviewed and, if accepted, they will be published as Springer LNCS proceedings.

Extended Abstracts must contain original work, not published, distributed or submitted to another journal or conference. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed and, if accepted, they will be published in a Book of Abstracts.

Showcase Presentations must reference a previous paper by the same author(s), published in a prestigious journal (JCR indexed or similar). Submitted showcase proposals will be reviewed for topical relevance and, if accepted, will be referenced in the Book of Abstracts.

Regardless the type of submission, at least one of the authors will register, pay the registration fee, and attend the Conference (see the registration page for authors presenting multiple full papers).
