The Italian Conference on CyberSecurity (ITASEC) is an annual event started in 2017 and supported and organized by the CINI Cybersecurity National Lab. Like in 2025 and 2026, the 2027 edition of ITASEC will be jointly organized with the SERICS Foundation. ITASEC27 will be a forum to meet, discuss, and exchange experiences among people from academia and industry, the public sector, and the private sector who are interested in cybersecurity and its applications.
Submission Guidelines
Three types of submissions are solicited:
- Original, unpublished contributions that may be included in an open-access post-proceedings volume published by CEUR-WS.org within the CEUR Workshop Proceedings series, indexed by both Scopus and DBLP (track “Call for Papers - Unpublished - Proceedings”);
- Preliminary work that will not be included in the post-proceedings volume (track “Call for Papers - Unpublished - No Proceedings”).
- Recently published work that will not be included in the post-proceedings volume (track “Call for Papers - Published Work”).
Submissions are single-blind and may indicate the names and affiliations of the authors.
Previously unpublished papers (to appear or not in the proceedings): Papers must be formatted in PDF according to the CEURART template (1-column layout) and not longer than 16 pages, excluding bibliography and well-marked appendices (up to 4 pages). By submitting a paper in the proceeding track, authors confirm that their contribution complies with the CEUR-WS.org requirements for publication, as outlined in the “Author and editor rights” section of the CEUR-WS.org website.
Previously published papers: Papers can be submitted in their originally published form, without the need for re-editing.
