Dear Scholars/Entrepreneurs/Students
On behalf of the IT4D, we would like to officially invite you to submit original research papers and participate at the “Fourth International Conference on 'e-Learning' for Development” (IT4D 2017) on July 28 - 30 , 2017.
The conference will be held at Annapurna Hotel and Deerwalk complex, Kathmandu, Nepal
IT4D is an interdisciplinary conference that aims to serve as a forum for researchers, practitioners, policy makers, and development workers who like to share their experience and knowledge of how the power and capabilities of information technologies (IT) can be harnessed for social equity, democracy, and economic advancement in developing countries like Nepal.
The purpose of the 3-day conference is to bring together researchers/entrepreneurs from around the world interested in exploring the link between ICT and the e-Learning.
The conference will focus on topics such as Information Technologies for e-Learning, Mobile application development for e-Learning, Content development and customization in e-Learning, Pedagogical implications of e-Learning, Economic impact of e-Learning, Quality assurance in e-Learning, Theoretical frameworks for e-Learning, Governance issues in e-Learning. Other items we wish to focus in the conference are internet accessibility and "digital divide", Open source software and cloud computing, Social implications, Entrepreneurship and empowerment, Skilled and unskilled manpower in the context of e-Learning in underdeveloped economies.
