Submission Guidelines
The 2021 IEEE PES Innovative Smart Grid Technologies Latin America (ISGT Latin America 2021) is sponsored by IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES). It will be a virtual conference, from 15-17 September 2021.
The aim of the IEEE PES ISGT Conference is to provide an international forum for experts to promote, share, and discuss innovations and developments in the field of smart grid technologies and applications. The academic and industrial community will address new challenges and share solutions at the interface of technology, information, and complex systems, and discuss future research directions. IEEE PES ISGT-Latin America 2021 will feature keynotes, plenary sessions, paper, and poster sessions, industry presentations, and panels by worldwide experts on the smart grid and related technologies.
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

All presented papers will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
Key Dates and Deadlines
Regarding registrations
If you cancel your existing registration before August 1, 2021, you are eligible for a discount. All cancellations or refund requests must be made by e-mail to the ISGT Latin America 2021 Secretariat. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received after August 1, 2021. The refunds will be processed only after the conference. The safety and well-being of all conference participants is our priority.

Conference Policies
* For each paper, at least one of the Authors MUST register and attend the Conference AND make the presentation [virtual] for the paper to be loaded into IEEExplore.* All Authors presenting papers MUST register before August, 30 for their papers to be included in the program.* Each Registration allows the presentation of up to TWO papers. For more papes, the cost for each aditional paper is $150.* Cancellations may be requested until Sept, 1st. A US$50.- fee will be deducted.* If you live in Perú you will pay in USD and use a local bank transfer.If you have problems with the registration site; send an e-mail to informes@ieee.org.pe You will receive pertinent instructions.

Following the guidelines from healthcare authorities and advice from IEEE PES the Local Organizing Committee of IEEE PES ISGT-2021 Latin America has decided that the conference will be held virtually on 15 – 17 September 2021.
Registration fees for IEEE PES ISGT-2021 will consider a virtual event.
