New for the Engineering of Sport 14 is a close alignment of the conference papers and the ISEA Journal Sports Engineering. This alignment provides authors and presenters with broader exposure and higher impact of their work.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
Conference papers for oral and poster presentations are invited and should be submitted by 4 September 2021. Authors of selected conference papers will be invited by the ISEA 2022 Conference Scientific Review Committee to submit a Research Paper or Technical Note to the ISEA journal Sports Engineering.
All conference papers accepted by the review committee, including those where authors have requested to be considered for publishing in the ISEA journal Sports Engineering, will be published in the Engineering of Sport 14 Conference Proceedings. Accepted conference papers will be assigned a DOI and will be collated in the proceedings and published online.
Authors selected to submit a Sports Engineering Research Paper or Technical Note will need to follow the Sports Engineering Journal guidelines available in the conference website.
Please prepare conference papers in MS Word and submit in Word format by the 4 September 2021 deadline using the EasyChair portal.
Submissions that do not adhere to the guidelines are unlikely to be accepted. Please specify in the submission system if you would like to be considered for a Sports Engineering journal submission.
Each abstract is limited to two pages (Calibri 10 pts) including up to two figures, or one figure with up to four subplots; one table; one photo; and references. Please ensure all visual content and captions are clear and legible, even when printed (≥ 300 dpi).

The Engineering of Sport 14 conference is organized around three themes and six crosscutting technologies. The themes and technologies reflect the diversity of research in sports engineering and should provide interested authors with a wide range of relevant topics.
