The health and safety of our community and participants are our first priority. The current health situation caused by the Coronavirus is a wide-moving issue, affecting events worldwide. This required that we create a new ISAECT2020 ONLINE Format that delivers a full program for our community, all around the world, with getting the Same Full Publication and Indexing. ISAECT2020 will take place as scheduled on 25-27 November 2020, by being converted to an exciting Virtual conference ( or Hybrid Conference "virtual and physical") depending on the pandemic situation during future months.
Following the success of two previous editions of the International Symposium on Advanced Electrical and Communication Technologies (Technically co-sponsorized by IEEE, EuMA and European Space Agency) organized since 2018, we are pleased to invite you to participate in ISAECT2020 that will happen in Ibn Tofail University, Kenitra, Morocco, from 25 to 27 november 2020.
Around 450 researchers and industrials from 46 countries have participated in the previous editions that were held respectively, in Kenitra-Rabat, Morocco in november 21-23, 2018 (Acceptation rate 54%), and in Rome, Italy, in november 27-29, 2019 (Acceptation rate 58%).
During Three days, ISAECT2020 will gather leading researchers and professionals from worldwide to share developments and advances, research results on the fields of electrical engineering, information and communication technologies, and smart systems, exchange visions and ideas, and enhance professional networking.The conference will showcase high quality oral and poster presentations, feature workshops chaired by prominent researchers and experts, and several keynote speeches and plenary speechs by distinguished speakers from academia, industry and government sectors.
All presentations, keynotes speech, and plenary keynotes will be made available to all registred attendees, and will allow accepted papers to be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, and considered for publication in more than 10 international journals indexed Scopus, MDLP, Elsevier, EI..(Special issues & regular) .
Submission Guidelines
The official language of ISAECT2020 is English.Authors should submit a paper (3 to 6 pages length) describing their original unpublished work in the topics related to the symposium. Authors are invited to submit their papers in PDF format only by using the submission interface of the Symposium (EasyChair), July 25, 2020 at the latest.
When submitting your paper to ISAECT2020, authors ( and co-authors) assure to dispose of the exclusive copyright in the submitted paper, and confirm that they are the sole authors of the their papers. The ISAECT2020 technical program committee reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the symposium, if the paper is not presented by the author at this event.
Submitted papers must be original and dont overlap with papers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to other journals or conferences. The plagiarism report should not show more than 19% overlapping without references (All details: www.isaect.org).
IMPORTANTE DATES:
Paper Submission: July 25, 2020.
Acceptance Notification: September 16, 2020.
Camera-ready Submission: October 10, 2020.
Author registration: From September 16 to October 15, 2020.

- All Presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into high indexed Digital Librairy (Scopus, ISI, DBLP..).– Authors of Selected papers (about 100 papers) in ISAECT2020 will be invited to submit an extended version of their works (with at least 40% extension) for potential publication (Special issues and Regular) in high indexed international journals: Scopus, Elseiver, Thomson reuters...
