INDIA-2012 was organized by Computer Society of India (CSI), Vizag Chapter and had been well supported by Vizag Steel, RINL and Govt. of India. Its sequel, INDIA-2015 has been organized by Kalyani University, sponsored by Microsoft and technically co-sponsored by IEEE Kolkata Section and IEEE Computational Intelligence Society, Kolkata Chapter. INDIA-2016 was again held in Visakhapatnam, India during January 8-9, 2016. The third and second sequel of this conference were also enriched by numerous special sessions floated in specific domains of Image Processing, Pattern Recognition, Machine Learning, Multi-criteria Decision Analysis and Wireless Sensor Networks. All papers of INDIA 2012, 2015 and 2016 were published by Springer AISC Series. After the grand success of its previous versions, the fourth series of this conference, INDIA-2017 will be held in Duy Tan University, Da Nang, Vietnam during June 15-17, 2017. It has been a pleasant collaboration to organize this conference overseas in Vietnam. This upcoming conference is a joint venture of Duy Tan University and Pioneer Research Foundation, Visakhapatnam in association with Div-V (Education and Research) of Computer Society of India.
The theme of the conference mainly focuses on intelligent applications and various system design issues. The submitted papers will cover a wide range of topics of Computer Science and Information Technology discipline ranging from image processing, database application, data mining, grid and cloud computing, bioinformatics and many others. The various intelligent tools like swarm intelligence, artificial intelligence, evolutionary algorithms, bioinspired algorithms could be well applied in different domains for solving various challenging problems.
