Synergy of human and computer intelligence for the design and development of engineering systems in a context of encompassing data networks determines today’s agenda for educational institutions around the globe set to prepare professional engineers. Aimed to fulfill these needs, the Innovations in Information and Communication Science and Technology (IICST) conference is a regular event run by partner universities, promoting research collaboration among more advanced and younger researchers by giving them an opportunity to expose their studies to international peers and also to prominent scholars and engineers.
The first three IICST events were held at Tomsk, Russia, in 2011, 2012, and 2013, and the fourth took place in Warsaw, Poland in 2014, while the fifth event, IICST2020 planned to be held at Brawijaya University in Malang, Indonesia, was abruptly canceled due to theCOVID-19 pandemic. Over the years, the number of IICST registered participants exceeded 350, and over 150 papers accepted for presentation at the conferences were published in five volumes (including the 2020 volume) of edited IICST proceedings. Celebrating the 10 years of collaboration, the 6th edition of IICST comes back to TUSUR University, Tomsk, Russia, and will be held on November 1-2, 2021.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Full papers should contain completed original research on 10-12 pages using the template available for download on the conference website.
- Short papers should use the same template but can contain ongoing research or intermediary results on 5-6 pages.
All accepted papers will appear in a volume of conference proceedings edited by TUSUR, Russia.
A selection of the best papers will be invited to submit for special journal issues or post-proceedings published by well known publishers in the domain (approval pending). Upon discretion of the special journal editors one possible outlet for qualifying conference papers is in the journal "Electronics" from mdpi.
