2018 International Conference on Telecommunications and Information Engineering  will be held in Paris, France during January 2-4, 2018. It aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, and professinals from the industry, academia and government who are working in the field of telecommunications and information engineering to discourse on research and development, professional practice in related fields.

Option 2: Publication in JCM. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and JCM editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in Journal of Communications, which will be indexed by Scopus, INSPEC, EBSCO, etc.
