The first International Conference on Speech, Multimodal, and Advanced Communication Systems (ICSMACS'26) is organized by the Laboratory of Speech Communication and Signal Processing (LCPTS) at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, USTHB, Algiers. It brings together researchers, academics, engineers, and industry professionals to discuss cutting-edge research in speech and signal processing, natural language processing, multimodal human-computer interaction, and advanced communication systems. The conference fosters multidisciplinary collaboration and the exchange of ideas in the fields of AI-driven communication technologies.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

• Full papers describing completed research with significant results, typically up to 8 pages in IEEE format (PDF only, max 2MB).
• Posters describing ongoing work, preliminary results, or innovative ideas suitable for short-format presentation.
