The 12th International Conference on Signal and Image Processing (ICSIP 2027) will be held in Nantong, China during July 16-18, 2027. The conference is co-sponsored by Nantong University, Southeast University, Hohai University, hosted by the School of Information Science and Technology of Nantong University, co-hosted by Nantong Institute of Technology, the School of Cyber Science and Engineering of Southeast University and College of Information Science and Engineering of Hohai University.
As a significant international academic conference in the field of signal and image processing, ICSIP 2027 will provide a high-level platform for global scholars, researchers, and industry experts to exchange ideas, discuss the latest research findings, explore technological trends, and investigate paths to industrialization. The conference aims to strengthen international collaboration, foster exchanges and sharing among academia, industry, and related organizations, and jointly promote the development of the signal and image processing field.

Submission Guidelines

Dual/Double Submissions

By submitting a manuscript to ICSIP, authors acknowledge that it has not been previously published or accepted for publication in substantially similar form in any peer-reviewed venue with publicly accessible papers, including journals, conferences, workshops, or other peer-reviewed, archival forums. Furthermore, no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another peer-reviewed conference or workshop with publicly accessible papers during the review period. The authors also attest that they did not submit a substantially similar submission to ICSIP 2027. As a rule of thumb, the ICSIP submission should contain no more than 20 percent of material from previous publications. Violation of any of these conditions will lead to rejection.

Paper Presentation

Papers will be presented in a combination of parallel sessions and interactive format, depending on the total number of submissions accepted. Details of the finalized presentation format will be available on the conference website at a later date.

Authors who anticipate inability to travel to a conference because of a government-imposed travel restriction are still encouraged to submit papers. Such papers will be reviewed and accepted on their own merit for publication in Conference Proceedings, without any knowledge of the author’s travel restriction. Within one week of paper acceptance notification, travel-restricted authors must notify the conference secretary with proof of their restriction. Substitute presenters may be possible or, depending on conference resources, such as a remote presentation or pre-recorded video.
