The 15th International Conference on the Properties and Applications of Dielectric Materials (ICPADM) is the premier international forum for researchers, engineers, and practitioners in the field of dielectric and electrical insulation materials. Since its inception in 1985, ICPADM has grown into a highly respected conference series sponsored by the IEEE Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society (DEIS).
ICPADM 2027 marks the 15th edition of this prestigious conference, to be held for the first time in Bali, Indonesia. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

Presentation
- Oral or poster presentation
- Oral: 15 min + 5 min Q&A
- Poster: A1 size, portrait orientation
- At least one author must register
- 1 registration covers 1 paper
After Acceptance
- Complete IEEE e-copyright transfer
- Register by early bird deadline
