Iconmam-2019 aimed at presenting current research about network, management & mobility. This conference is focused on researchers, scholars, engineers, and students, individual practitioners, from the Universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities. It aims to foster research relations between the Universities and the industry. There will be good opportunities among the delegates to exchange new ideas and share their experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find new innovation and global partners for future collaboration.
ICONMAM-2019 will index to its digital journals and publish latest & high-quality research works Network, management, and mobility in theoretical and practical aspects. ICONMAM-2019 is highly appreciated to authors to contribute to the special issue by submitting articles, researches, projects, survey works, and industrial experiences that describe significant advances.
ICONMAM-2019 has invited keynote speakers as well as peer-reviewed paper presentations. The best paper presented will be awarded. The conference kits will be provided at the conference reception desk before the conference start. We are humbly invited to participate in the conference to all scholars, researchers, engineers, students, individual practitioners, and listeners.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

* Any submission must not have been, or will not be published elsewhere or submitted to another conference before the review notification date of this conference.

* All submissions will be peer-reviewed based on originality, technical quality, and presentation

3. Paper submission

English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.
Academic Ethics
Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
1). Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2). Report the author's violation of his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
3). Report the author's violation of the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
4). Reserve the right to publish the author's name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”
