ICOITES_2019: International Conference for Information Technology, Engineering and Science (ICOITES) Faculty of Computer Science and Maths, University of Kufa , Najaf, IRAQ. Najaf, Iraq, November 6-7, 2019

ICOITES is the first international conference held by faculty of computer science and maths, Kufa University, Najaf, Iraq. ICOITES aimed to bring together leading academic, scholars and students, in order to discuss theoretical and practical issues through sharing their experiences and research results. Its focus is to promote scientific research in the various fields including all the information technologies, Engineering and Pure /Applied sciences. The research in such fields has resulted in the development of information and engineering techniques as well as the recent studies in Pure or Applied sciences fields.

The (ICOITES 2019), is an effective platform to present research results, share visions and ideas, obtain updates on the latest technologies, methodologies, patents and expand professional and social networking. The two-day event includes keynote speeches by distinguished speakers from academia and government sectors. Technical, engineering and health science sessions featuring various papers extensively reviewed by peers and evaluated by local and international editors‏ from large committee around the word. 

ICOITES is different from the well known or traditional international conferences, it's organized by experienced staff around the world, and we will follow such different strategies for evaluating and reviewing the submitted work in which we have large opportunities to spread the work in high-quality publishers. ICOITES change the normal vision of research works for Iraqi authors and we hope made a large contribution around the world to increase our international committees.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The condition of submitting to the conference is that the text has to be original and not published elsewhere. Information Research is applying for Creative Commons license and is entirely open access in all possible senses. However, the papers should not be published by the authors in institutional repositories and elsewhere before being published with our publisher partners.

Posters and Doctoral Workshop papers will not be published as a part of the ICOITES regular, special or Conference proceedings in (Information Technology IT or Engineering), but we intend to make them publicly available in electronic format. Please, follow the Referred Author Guidelines to prepare your paper in a proper style and format which can be reached under the logos of our publishing partners in the conference website, please read the guidelines carefully and submit your work through our submission system. 

Important Note:  All the submissions should be uploaded to our submission system (Easy Chair), all the submissions coming in other manners will be discarded from the evaluations. You should be careful when you submit your work with us, we will start the reviews directly and the submission work will assign to one of our reviewer's members. please follow the following rules carefully which illustrates as follow: 

• The submission work should not have simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference before, we use the online archiving system, when you would like to discard your work from the conference, please call the conference coordinators on mail (info@icoites.com) to guide you and also to help you to discard your paper safety. 
• All the submissions will be evaluated against English paraphrasing as well as scientific content, we can recommend editing plan to help you to get successfully editing to increase your chance for accepting your work, please note this option is just to increase your acceptance opportunity and no guarantee you will get acceptance after making the editing services, in which the acceptance depends on the scientific idea and novelty of your work and may you get rejection even your writing styles are perfect.
• All the submitted works will tacks maximum 20-30 days till got notifications, so, please be patient in which we will give our best works to accepted and revised it, and do not try to call either the publishers or editors in any way, otherwise, you will bear all the consequences that result from this manner. 
• To ensure all the submitted articles with high quality and free of plagiarism we will do it using (iThunticate/ Turnitin) software and this step made all the submitted papers are at a high level, and still under the mention software databases till getting the Regular notification.

The University of Kufa, founded in 1987, has expanded to become one of the largest Iraqi universities.
