International Conference on Optical Communications and Networks (ICOCN) serves as one of the largest international forums for researchers involved in all aspects of optical communications and networks. It has been held annually tracing from 2002. The 21th ICOCN (ICOCN'2023) will be held in Qufu,on July 31 - Aug. 3. Nine tracks are being arranged in the conference with the topics covering fiber optics, optical communications and networks, fiber sensors and lasers, optoelectronics, optical signal proceesing, microwave photonics, space communication, and quantum photonics.

Qufu is a world famous historical and cultural city being listed in the world's three holy cities together with Jerusalem and Mecca. We cordially invite you to participate in this international conference, to share your recent research outcome as well as taking this opportunity to meet academia, scientists and researchers from different parts of the world.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
