International Conference on Management Research-2022 (ICMR-2022) is a multi-disciplinary and international conference on management research. This conference is being organized by the School of Management, KIIT University. KIIT University is one of the ‘Institutes of Eminence’ recognized by the Government of India. It has been recognized as Rank 1 in the Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievement (ARIIA). KIIT University also has been ranked 201-300 in Impact Rankings and 301-350 in Young University Rankings in the world by Times Higher Education. It is the highest-rated University from India at 5 stars by QS Ratings.
The conference will be attended by research scholars, faculty, students, and industry. The past conference has been successful with large participation and more than 200 papers received. The Keynote session will also be live-streamed on social media platforms like YouTube and Facebook.
The theme of the conference: Chaos, Complexity, and Resilience: Business and Society in Pandemic Context
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Full papers relating to the theories of chaos, complexity, and resilience of individuals, businesses, or social organizations during the pandemic situation can be presented. Research papers should contribute to these theories and have social relevance. Decision-making under a complex and chaotic environment, measurement and modeling of chaos and complexity, change of group behavior, and dynamics in the pandemic are some of the areas this conference is planning to debate.
- Posters describing the theme of research are also welcome,
