ICMBP-2021, the fourth of the International Conference series of the Department, proposes to provide an interactive platform in the new normal to encourage discussions on innovative management practices adopted to face the unprecedented pandemic. The Conference will also pave the way for researchers to find the way forward to embrace the new normal.

- ICMBP-2021 invites research papers from academics, practitioners, research scholars, entrepreneurs, and students, inclusive but not limited to, the following sub-themes.
- All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
