Submission Guidelines

. General Submission Requirements

• Originality: Submissions must be original, unpublished work and should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
• Topics: Papers should align with the conference themes, including but not limited to [List key themes/topics].
• Language: All submissions must be in English.

2. Paper Format

• Template: Authors must use the conference-provided template (available on the conference website).
• Length: Full papers should not exceed 8 pages, including references, figures, and tables.
• File Format: Papers must be submitted in PDF format, with all fonts embedded.
• Margins and Font: Follow the formatting instructions provided in the template to ensure uniformity.

3. Submission Process

• Submission Platform: All submissions must be made through the official conference submission portal ([Link to submission portal]).
• Registration: At least one author of an accepted paper must register for the conference to present their work.
• Deadlines:
  • Abstract Submission: 31st May 2025
  • Notification of acceptance: 10th May 2025
  • Camera-ready submission: 30th June 2025

4. Review Process

• All papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process.
  • Authors should remove names, affiliations, and any identifying information from the manuscript.
  • Ensure that citations to your own work are written in the third person.
• Reviewers will evaluate submissions based on originality, technical quality, relevance to the conference themes, and clarity of presentation.

5. Presentation Formats

Accepted papers will be presented in one of the following formats:

• Oral Presentations: Suitable for high-impact and completed research.
• Poster Presentations: Ideal for preliminary findings or work-in-progress.

6. Publication

• All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings with an ISBN/ISSN and indexed in [mention indexing databases, if applicable].
• Selected high-quality papers may be invited for publication in partner journals or special issues.

7. Ethical Compliance

• Submissions must adhere to ethical standards, avoiding plagiarism, data falsification, and improper authorship.
• Papers found to violate these standards will be rejected outright.
