ICAVIA - ICSTAR 2026: International Conference on Aviation, Aerospace and Intelligence Application Gino Ferucci Braga Bandung, Indonesia, September 29-30, 2026

Welcome to ICAVIA - ICSTAR 2026 International Joint Conference.

ICAVIA is the International Conference on Aviation, Aerospace and Intelligence Application, which aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of Aviation and Aeronautical Engineering. ICAVIA 2026 is the extended conference of the 4th ICASA ITB (Institute of Technology Bandung), Indonesia. ICAVIA will be launched as an International Joint Conference with ICSTAR University of Lampung, Indonesia.

The conference theme, “Sustainable Innovation and Research Collaboration for a Better Future,” reflects our commitment to advancing knowledge, fostering interdisciplinary research, and promoting sustainable solutions for global development.

It also provides a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners, and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns, as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Aviation and Aerospace Industry applications.

Submission Guidelines

Prospective authors are cordially invited to submit original and unpublished research papers through the EasyChair Conference Management System. Contributions are welcome for both oral and poster presentations, with opportunities for participation in either onsite or virtual formats.

Full-paper submissions are encouraged for all presentation categories. All accepted and presented full papers will be published in the Proceedings in Technology Transfer series by Springer Nature. Furthermore, outstanding papers will be invited for submission to selected partner journals for potential publication, subject to the journals’ peer-review standards and editorial policies. The list of our partner journals will be regularly updated and made available on the conference's official website.

ICAVIA 2026 is organized around three main scientific tracks:

Venue

The conference will be conducted in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend either onsite or online. The onsite sessions will be held at Gino Feruci Braga Hotel, Bandung, Indonesia.

Located in the heart of Bandung, Braga is one of Indonesia’s most historic and iconic districts, renowned for its distinctive European architectural heritage, vibrant cultural atmosphere, and rich historical significance.
