The Global Virtual Conference in Civil Engineering (GVCCE) 2017.
The purpose of the conference is to integrate research on the historical, theoretical, methodological and technological advances in Civil Engineering profession. The conference theme is: "The Civil Engineer's Learning from Professional Practice."
The GVCCE 2017 is the 2nd Global Virtual Conference in Civil Engineering that runs within the 1-week period from November 20-24, 2017. The conference proceeding is published in SSRN of Elsevier.
Details of this event:
- The conference runs fully online, from paper submission, including reviewing, conference discussion and post-conference processing.
- The online conference is a smart and affordable manner of presenting research results. No need for travel physically, can virtually.
- High standards of scholarship are expected within the papers.
- English is the official conference language.
- All papers will be referred to double tier approval process, single-blind peer-review and regular check.

Guide for Authors

The paper should have 3 - 8 pages prepared in Microsoft Word format (.doc).

Page format in A4 (210 x 297 mm) portrait set-up. The left, right, top and bottom margins should be 30 mm. Do not use any headers, footers or footnotes. No page numbers. Single column. All main text paragraphs, including the abstract, left and right justified. All texts will be Times New Roman font.

Font size for title in 20 pt, author names in 13 pt, author affiliation in 12 pt, email address in 10 pt. Abstract, and Keywords should be written in 13 pt. Section heading in 14 pt., subsections in 12 pt. and main text in 11 point. All interval - single.

Order of paper: Title, Author, Affiliation, email address, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Section and sub-headings, text, table and figures (if any),Conclusions, Acknowledgements, References, Author's biography (50 words).
