Global Research Foundation for Corporate Governance (GRFCG) based in New Delhi, India, has been established to readily engage with Corporate Governance systems and sub-systems. The Foundation aims to be a trailblazer in bringing together academicians, policy makers, practitioners and consultants engaged with research in Corporate Governance as witnessed in the fields of accounting, finance, economics, sociology, political science, management and corporate strategy to name a few. The new inter disciplinary paradigms unleash the need to initiate a dialogue, debate, discussion and discourse on this multi-dimensional construct. In pursuit of being a centre of excellence, the Foundation proudly takes the lead by announcing its first international conference to capture and chronicle these winds of change. The Conference is themed as Corporate Governance: Issues, Challenges and Changing Paradigms.
