As part of FPS 2026, we invite members of the cybersecurity research community, particularly students and early-stage researchers, to submit poster abstracts on topics relevant to the conference.
Accepted posters will be displayed throughout the conference. The Poster Session will take place on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Presenters are expected to be available during the session to discuss their work and answer questions from attendees.
Best Poster Award
A jury will evaluate the accepted posters and select the recipient of the FPS 2026 Best Poster Award.
The winner will receive a $1,000 prize.
The Best Poster Award will be announced during the Gala Dinner on Thursday, October 15, 2026.
Authors of selected outstanding posters will also be invited to submit a short paper for inclusion in the FPS 2026 conference proceedings, subject to positive peer review.
Submission Guidelines
Poster proposals must be submitted through EasyChair as an abstract in English, not exceeding 500 words.
Abstracts may describe preliminary results, ongoing research, novel research ideas, or recently completed work within the scope of FPS 2026.
At this stage, only the abstract is required. Authors of accepted submissions will subsequently be invited to prepare the full poster.

Poster Presentation
Accepted posters should be brought to the conference venue and installed on the first day of the conference. Posters will remain on display throughout FPS 2026.
Detailed instructions regarding poster dimensions, installation, and presentation will be provided with the acceptance notification.
Venue
The conference will be held in Gatineau, Québec, Canada, from October 13 to 16, 2026. The Poster Session will take place as part of FPS 2026 at the Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO).
