FNANO 2027: Abstract Submission Open
Foundations of Nanoscience 2027, 24th Annual Conference
Mon. March 8 to Wed. March 10, 2027
California NanoSystems Institute (CNSI), UCLA, 570 Westwood Plaza, Building 114, Los Angeles, CA 90095, USA
Foundations of Nanoscience (FNANO) is a yearly conference on the scientific underpinnings of nanoscience, with self-assembly as a central theme. Over more than two decades, FNANO has become a nucleation point for programmed self-assembly, including DNA nanofabrication, RNA nanotechnology, protein engineering, and related fields. Many disciplines, from computer science to molecular medicine, address problems at the nanoscale. FNANO’s purpose is to create an environment that breaks down traditional departmental silos separating nanotechnologists working with self-assembly. The conference cultivates a broad range of presentations and attendees to foster a rich environment for new ideas and collaborations.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION for posters, contributed talks, and invited talks
All presenters must submit a 1–2 page PDF abstract describing the approach and main findings of the work. Only in-person presentations will be accepted.
Abstract submission deadline: November 15, 2026
Instructions for abstract submission and registration can be found at the FNANO 2027 homepage: https://www.fnano.org/
Submissions are accepted for the following topical tracks, conducted sequentially in a single plenary session:
• DNA Nanostructures
• RNA Nanostructures
• Protein Nanostructures
• In Vivo and Biomedical Nanotechnology
• Nanophotonics and Super-Resolution
• Chemical and Synthetic Biology
• Molecular Machinery
• DNA Nanosystems: Programmed Function
• Theory and Computational Tools for Nanotechnology
I am looking forward to seeing you at FNANO 2027.
