EUROSIM brings together the European leading minds and scientific excellence from all areas of simulation., providing an opportunity for discussion and exchange specifically around modelling and simulation methodologies, technologies and applications. Since 1992 it is tradition for EUROSIM to be not just a venue for sharing the latest research, but also the place for fresh perspectives and cross-disciplinary collaborations that can drive the simulation community forward.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. KEY DATES and REQUIREMENTS:
- The congress encourages researchers and practitioners to submit their original contributions as:
- Discussing paper (2-page extended abstract); peer-reviewed; accepted for presentation
- Full paper, (max 8 pages); peer-reviewed; accepted for presentation; published in the Congress proceedings; considered for journal publication. o Abstracts or full draft papers, May 31st, 2026 o Acceptance Notification, June 10th, 2026 o Camera Ready Papers, July 10th, 2026 o Early Bird Registration Closure: July 24th, 2026 o Late Registration Closure: August 31st, 2026 o EUROSIM Congress 2026: 21-23 September 2026
- PROCEEDINGS AND INDEXING All accepted full papers will be included in the EUROSIM Congress 2026 proceedings; outstanding papers will be invited for submission to the special issues to one of the journals affiliated with the EUROSIM Congress 2026:
- Simulation Notes Europe
- SIMULATION: Transactions of the Society for Modeling and Simulation International
- Case Studies on Transport Policy and others
