Session Formats
Sessions are offered in limited numbers and allocated to fixed time slots. Each format has a defined duration and learning approach.
How-to Workshops (45 min.)
Hands-on, practice-oriented sessions designed to build skills through active participation and experimentation. Participants engage in interactive activities, collaborative exercises, and small-group work, applying methods and tools during the session—often using their own devices. Each workshop combines focused input with practical application and actionable takeaways that participants can immediately use in their professional context.
Masterclasses (45 min.)
Expert-led sessions offering in-depth insights, advanced perspectives, and practical guidance on a specific topic. Designed for focused, high-level learning, masterclasses combine expert input with interactive elements and applied learning. Delivered by one or more speakers, they provide participants with valuable knowledge, fresh perspectives, and practical approaches to apply in their professional context.
Panel Discussions (45 min.)
Moderated discussions that bring together diverse perspectives and expertise on a relevant topic or challenge. A skilled moderator guides the conversation, encourages constructive debate, and connects contributions to the audience’s interests. Active audience involvement is essential, with dedicated opportunities for questions, comments, and exchange.
Presentations (20 min.)
Concise, focused talks that share key insights, innovative ideas, research findings, or practical experiences. Designed to communicate a clear message within a short timeframe, presentations offer an opportunity to inspire, inform, and introduce new approaches or developments to a professional audience.
Fireside Chats (20 min.)
Informal, conversational sessions featuring one or more guests in dialogue with a moderator. Fireside chats explore experiences, insights, and perspectives in an engaging, accessible format. Interactive technologies can be used to collect audience questions and comments, enabling broader participation and a more dynamic exchange.
Digital Poster Exhibition
A digital exhibition showcasing projects, research findings, innovative ideas, and practical experiences throughout the congress. Attendees can explore the posters at their own pace and leave physical notes with comments and questions for the authors. Authors are encouraged to present their posters and engage in face-to-face discussions during networking sessions, fostering knowledge exchange, feedback, and new connections.
