EUNIS 2022 Annual Congress: Call for Papers
Good for all in the Digital World
June 1-3, 2022, Göttingen, Germany
The EUNIS 2022 Congress, organised by Georg-August-Universität Göttingen and the European University Information Systems, provides an ideal forum to present and publish the latest results of research, development, and deployment of information technology and systems in higher education. The event also provides a unique opportunity for sharing knowledge, experiences and good practices in the area of digital transformation in higher education amongst international specialists, decision-makers, users, researchers, students and teaching staff.
Submissions of scientific, technological or “best practice” works in the fields of Administration, Science and Technology, and Teaching in Higher Education Institutions, are invited in the following tracks:

Guidelines for Submission
All submissions have to be uploaded to the EasyChair portal, to be reviewed by the EUNIS 2022 Scientific Committee (ESC).
This year, a single submission process will be used:
A submission consists of a 4-page to 10-page paper, which includes an “abstract” of no more than 300 words, to be displayed on the congress website, and a short bio of the author(s).The submissions have to follow the EasyChair template.
- Accepted papers will be proposed for an oral presentation during the Congress, and will later appear in the European Journal of Higher Education IT (EJHEIT) 2022.
- Beyond this first selection, the Scientific Committee will choose papers among accepted submissions for one or more of the following purposes:
- Nomination for the Elite award (https://www.eunis.org/awards/eunis-elite-award/),
- Nomination for the Dørup award (https://www.eunis.org/awards/dorup-award/),
- Transmission to the Vietsch Foundation for a funding (https://www.eunis.org/?s=vietsch),
- Publication in the open access EPiC Series in Computing, indexed by Scopus (see for 2021 https://easychair.org/publications/volume/EUNIS_2021). Papers proposed for publication will have to comply with the EasyChair publications template. Papers published in EPiC will not appear in the EJHEIT Journal.

Presentation at the Congress
The Organizing Committee currently plans on holding the EUNIS 2022 congress with an in-person attendance format. We will be closely monitoring the situation related to COVID-19 and update the website accordingly, as soon as new information is made available. The format of the event may change to remote participation only, depending on conditions, as the safety and well-being of all congress participants is our top priority.
