Nowadays, education should embed the progress in technology and update the approach of knowledge building for different users' groups, domains, and goals. Learning takes place at various age ranges and for different goals. The use of interactive systems to support education has shown its necessity and value during the COVID19 pandemic and it will stay as an efficient approach for providing access to education worldwide. Still, the limited access to face-to-face interaction with teachers remains a challenging problem. Designing educational support systems to address this problem is still an open issue.
The main objective of this workshop is to gather researchers, teachers, and practitioners to exchange and reflect on their experiences with designing and implementing educational support systems for different users' groups and/or domains. Another objective is to identify, synthesize and collate the best practices across contexts, users' groups and domains.
