Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

A short paper (with references) but has between 5–9 CEUR-WS pages.

A regular paper has at least 10 CEUR-WS pages and an appropriate number of references.
When designing your сontribution, use the new Word Template in CEURART for One Column. Papers designed according to other templates will be rejected (and see an example).
When preparing materials, pay attention to the restrictions:
- One author can submit up to two сontributions.
- The number of authors in one сontribution should be no more than five.
- Self-citation should not exceed 30% (of the total number of sources).
Contributions will be reviewed and selected based on relevance and quality. Contributors will have the option to indicate their preference for the format of the presentation, but organizers reserve the right to the final decision in the matter.

CPITS-II-2021 proceedings will be published by CEUR Workshop Proceedings (CEUR-WS.org, ISSN: 1613-0073). See previous proceedings vol. 2746 (July 7, 2020) and vol. 2923 (January 28, 2021).

The conference will be held at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, Ukraine.
