The broad focus of 15th International Conference on Webometrics, Informetrics and Scientometrics (WIS) & 20th COLLNET Meeting is on collaboration and communication in science and technology, science of science, science policy, and the integration of qualitative and quantitative approaches in the study of scientific practices. The conference thus aims to contribute to evidence-based knowledge about scientific research and practices, which in turn may further provide input to institutional, regional, national and international policy-making around research and innovation.

Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Extended Abstract: Extended Abstract for Oral Presentation, two pages. Extended abstracts will be reviewed by the Programme Committee.
- Full Paper: Camera-ready version, maximum 10 pages. Accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
Selected excellent papers will be published in special issues of relevant journals, including:
