The Third International Conference on Technology Trends aims to facilitate technology and knowledge exchange between International researchers/scholars in the field of communications and software engineering in November 2017.
The conference has so far been an important event and has attracted many scientists, engineers and researchers from academia, government laboratories, and industry internationally.

How to submit?
Regular papers on all conference topics should be formatted according to the Springer CS Proceedings (LNCS) format and should be between 12 and 15 pages (including figures and references). Short and industrial/demo papers, as well as research-in-progress reports, should not exceed 6 pages according to the above format. The papers must be submitted in English.
"It is planned to publish the proceedings of CITT 2017 with Springer in their Communications in Computer and Information Science series (final approval pending)."
Accepted papers will be published in the CITT 2017 Conference Proceedings and will be processed for publication for which at least one author is required to register for the conference at the full rate. Submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least three members of the international program committee based on relevance, originality, significance, quality and clarity.
Submissions that overlap substantially with any other papers printed, submitted, or accepted for publication or presentation elsewhere are not allowed.
The CITT 2017 papers must be submitted via Easychair.
