CITCS will be held in Guelma, Algeria, on 20 and 21 November 2019. The conference will take place at University 8 Mai 1945 Guelma.
CITSC will serve as a showcase for the most recent innovations in, covering interdisciplinary topics relating to computer science. CITSC is also a great opportunity for young researchers and graduate students to get in touch with its most recent trends and topics.
CITSC conference is a scientific event initiated by LabSTIC laboratory, under the chairmanship of Dr. Brahim Farou and Dr. Zineddine Kouahla, lecturers within the Computer Science Department of the University 8 May 1945, Guelma
CITCS aims to bring together academic scientists, researchers and young researchers to propose their ideas and contributions to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of Innovative Trends in Computer Science. It also provides a premier platform for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends and concerns, as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Innovative Trends in Computer Science.
Original and high quality papers are solicited in all areas of computer science. The final program will be the result of a highly selective review process designed to include the best work of its kind in every category. The program will include invited talks as well as oral and poster presentations of refereed papers.
Submission Guidelines
The papers that are submitted to CITSC'2019 should be written in english.
All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not considered elsewhere for publication. The initial submission for review will be limited to 6 pages, including references, figures and tables (at least 10pt font, 2-column format). The accepted papers that are presented in CITCS'2019 will be published in the conference proceedings.
In order to secure unbiased review process, we ask that none of the authors be identifiable within the manuscript (do NOT include authors’ names, their biographies, affiliation, identifying footnotes, acknowledgments, etc.). We believe this helps ensure that the manuscript will receive a more objective and unbiased review. Please remove any trace that can identify authors' names, institutions, etc.

Contributions should be submitted in PDF format, using the IEEE conference publishing template, via the conference submission website:
All submissions (long paper) will be peer reviewed by 2-3 reviewers based on originality, technical quality and presentation. All registered and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
