Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
Abstracts will be submitted via Easychair. Authors are asked to submit their abstracts in an anonymous PDF file to the following site:
https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=cilg2020
If you do not have an EasyChair account, please follow the instructions provided and create one. They should not exceed 500 words (including examples, excluding references). Abstracts should be divided in: introduction/research questions, methods, (expected) results, and discussion. They should not contain the names of the presenters, nor their affiliations or addresses, or any other information that may reveal their authorship.
During the submission process, authors will be encouraged to indicate if they are presenting a workshop paper, a general session paper, or a poster. For workshop papers, they will need to select the specific workshop to which they want to contribute. For general session papers, they will be asked to select the specific session to which they want to submit their abstracts. For posters, there will be two sessions, one for senior researchers, and one for PhD students (as first authors). Poster will be displayed in a gathering area. In order to foster interaction, all other sessions will be suspended during the poster sessions. Posters will remain available during the whole conference. The maximum size of the poster is 1.20 m (vertical) x 1 m (horizontal).
If your abstract has already been included in one of the monographic sessions, please say so and specify the title of that session in your submission, for which we kindly ask you to adapt the abstract following the instructions given here.
The deadline for submitting a paper has been extended to September 30th 2019 at 23:59 GMT.
