The 5th Conference on Information and Communication Technology-2021 (CICT-2021) is the annual flagship conference being organized by the Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing (IIITDM) Kurnool, jointly with the centrally funded Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) namely, Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad (IIIT) Allahabad, ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management (ABV-IIITM) Gwalior, PDPM-Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing (IIITDM) Jabalpur and Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing (IIITDM) Kancheepuram.
The CICT-2021 aims to provide a forum for researchers, academicians, and industry professionals to present and exchange their ideas in the latest technological advancements and innovations in the field of Information and Communication Technology.
It is expected that more than 1000(one Thousand) delegates will participate in the event across the globe as this conference is an International repute.
Accepted Papers
Papers accepted in Two Categories:
1. Oral Presentation Category:
Papers accepted under the oral presentation can directly register for the conference along with the Camara Ready paper, these papers will be published in IEEE explorer with the norms of IEEE.
2. Poster Presentation Category:
Papers accepted under the poster presentation have to register for the conference along with the Camera Ready paper. The committee will decide the quality of the paper at the time of presentation at the conference. As per the recommendation of committee based on the presentation will be forwarded for publication in IEEE explorer as per the norms of IEEE.

Submission Guidelines:
A. Guidelines for Submission
- All submissions must be in English only.
- Papers for both oral and poster presentations should conform to the IEEE format and specifications. Other formats may not be accepted.
- All submitted papers should contain original, unpublished results, experimental or theoretical.
- The IEEE paper template can be downloaded from the following link.
- Authors are invited to submit the full paper as PDF using the IEEE templates. Paper drafts must be prepared in English with a maximum of six (6) printed pages in IEEE format (10 point font, double-column, and A4) including figures, tables, and references.
- The conference reserves the right to refrain from reviewing papers that are significantly longer than 6 pages.
- Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit papers electronically to CICT 2021 through Easy Chair.
- For submission of paper, at least one of the authors of the paper should be a registered user of Easy Chair. Unregistered authors should first create an account on Easy Chair.

- The review process for this conference is BLINDED.
- The maximum no. of words allowed in the abstract is 250 words and at least 3 keywords are also required.
- The authors are advised to select only one (i.e. the most suitable) track out of 12 mentioned tracks on the submission page for their submission at the time of submitting the manuscript through Easy Chair
- All papers submitted to CICT 2021 will be checked for plagiarism according to IEEE guidelines.
- If found free of plagiarism, it will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on NOVELTY, Presentation, Correctness, and Relevance to the conference.
- In case of minor plagiarism, the authors will be asked to rewrite the paper.
- In other cases, the paper will be immediately rejected.
- The acceptance of papers along with the referee's comment will be communicated to the authors by email. Authors are required to incorporate the comments received in the CAMERA READY PAPER before final submission
- Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore.

B. Guidelines for Camera-Ready Submission
- On acceptance of paper/poster/etc, the delegate has to register for the conference (Registration link will be uploaded soon).
- Send the scan copy of the registration detail including the completed registration form and payment slip in advance to cict2021@iiitk.ac.in.
- Download the copyright form and send a filled electronic copy with registration detail.
- In accordance with the IEEE policy, plagiarism in any form, at any level, is unacceptable. Therefore, the conference reserves the right to reject the final manuscript which is found to have a high degree of plagiarism after registration without refund.
C. Validate your camera-ready paper using IEEE PDFeXpress
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
- Incorporate the comments received from the experts
- Strictly follow the IEEE style (i.e. double column and single space)
- Ensure that the length of the final manuscript in IEEE format should not exceed 6 pages.

Instruction for Registration:

Each paper accepted for presentation in CICT-2021 has to be registered under any one of the categories –Academia, Industry or Student.
- It is mandatory for the Candidates to fill registration details in the Google form (https://forms.gle/hhu2B5PDHaa7B4XVA) on or before the conference registration last date or suggested on the Conference website.
- Participants have to register for the event through the Internet Banking with the following details:

- The registration fee will include Registration kit, soft Conference Proceedings, Networking tea and Working lunch, Conference banquet dinner and Cultural program.
- The registration fee does not include accommodation; however, the candidates can be allowed to stay in Hostels on payment basis.
- If the final manuscript in IEEE format exceeds 6 pages, INR 1000 will be charged per extra page.
- In case of students, valid proof of identity as student issued by respective organization is needed at the registration counter at the time of conference.
- If the author is registered as the paper presenter in the conference, he/she can present another paper by him/her at the reduced fee @50% of the original registration fee, i.e., the total registration fee will be 1.5x of the cost of registration of 1 paper. This discount is applicable only for one additional paper to be presented by the same author. Basically a candidate is charged according to (1+0.5n)X where n is the number of papers submitted by him/her and X is the respective category registration fee.
- All heads are non-refundable however, organizing chairs reserves the right to provide some concession subject to certain constraints.
- Papers which are registered at the regular rate of Academia / Industry category and presented during the allotted slot as per the Technical Program Schedule are eligible for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings and submission for indexing in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
- Each paper accepted for presentation in CICT-2021 have to submit the camera-ready version as per IEEE Guidelines which will be included in the Conference Proceedings to be indexed in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
