The conference will be held in the beautiful, fascinating and vibrant city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from July 23rd to 26th, 2023.

CICE 2023 is the eleventh in a series of prestigious conferences that began in 2001, in Hong Kong and has circled the world since; this is the first CICE to be held in South America. CICE is the official conference of International Institute for FRP in Construction (IIFC) and brings together the FRP research community and industry to share and discuss recent developments and future perspectives in the field. CICE 2023 will be the first face-to-face meeting of this community since Paris in 2018.

Deadline for submission of abstracts: 1 October  2022

• All abstracts must be submitted in English
• Title must be descriptive and concise
• Abstracts should be no more than 200 words
• Keywords must correspond with the conference topics.

Timely submission will have acceptance confirmed by 1 November 2022

Deadline for submission of full papers: 1 June 2023
